OUR COMMUNITY PROJECTS:

We recognize that each community has different needs and expectations. Our goal is to bring communities together and give the children the tools necessary to grow and be able to live in a safe environment. Dance For Success's during school, after school and summer programs focus on this goal.

However, we also found that the needs of the children are greater than the scope of our initial project. For example, one child couldn't dance at the banquet until we borrowed a belt because his hand was the only thing holding his pants up under his vest. Another child needed to borrow shoes from someone in the audience because the sole had separated and was hanging half off. He didn't want to tape them because it would make it more noticeable. So Dance For Success saw the need to do more.

What we have seen is that there is a tremendous amount of generousity in our communities and there are phenominal organizations. People want to help people, but more often than not, they don't know how. Dance For Success is educating people. We are letting them know what they can do even if they cannot donate time. We make sure their non-monetary donations get to the right organization that has the resources to distribute them. If you have donations, please email support@ dance4success.org for more information.
